Linda Ruth Hendry, my sister and best friend, after 18 years surviving with breast cancer, passed away peacefully in her sleep at 11:45 p.m. January 16, 2009. she loved her family and friends generously and unconditionally. she loved to travel, read, listen to music, and garden. she listened to the world and reflected it back accurately and lovingly. she called me on my stuff- gently.
