in a win-win negotiation, 64 acres of farmland have been purchased by the county to put in reserve for playing fields and hiking trails.

this is in dedication to julia blackwood, who lived on the farm with her husband eugene for decades and alice gordon, leader in the lands legacy program for orange county.
